Diagnostic Account Manager – Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the post-sale customer experience, including customer on-boarding, technical support, clinic training and education on the usage, maintenance, and clinical benefits of our diagnostic solutions. This position functions within a Zoetis team environment consisting of a Diagnostic Account Manager, a Diagnostic Sales Specialist, a Biopharma Territory Manager and Veterinary Professional Services.
The position covers Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario and is ideally located in the Winnipeg area.
• Registered Veterinary Technologist
• Understand general Veterinary Hospital operations including, but not limited to, laboratory and clinical procedures, practice administration, staff training and workflow
• Ability to interpret scientific and medical information
• Effective writing, public speaking and communications skills
• Demonstrated business skills
• Sales experience an asset
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Excellent judgement in conflict management and influence
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Ability to travel 60%
