Village Veterinary Care is a new and growing practice offering housecall care and mobile diagnostic ultrasound throughout Southern Manitoba, primarily serving the Pembina Valley and surrounding areas.
Village Veterinary Care is currently looking for a part-time RVT & Client Care Coordinator to join my practice. This hybrid position includes both administrative tasks (which may be performed remotely) and hands-on support during house calls and mobile ultrasound appointments. The balance between remote and in-person work will be discussed and tailored to your experience and interests as the clinic continues to expand its services.
What You’ll Do:
~ Connect and communicate with clients to ensure a supportive, positive care experience
~ A balance of administrative work (client outreach, scheduling, record management) with direct veterinary tasks as needed (such as assisting with ultrasounds, patient handling, or scheduled house call RVT appointments)
~ Work both independently and collaboratively, contributing ideas and supporting the practice as it grows and evolves.
